Hi guys,

If you need assistance with an issue before you post you should ensure that you have completed all of the steps below. If you have completed all of the steps and the issue is still arising, please ensure you include all the details listed below in your thread to make the support process quicker and easier.

Have you swapped browsers?
Sometimes, issues with a website are caused by the coding not being compatible with a particular browser or device. If this fixes the issue then you may want to review the code for the page. If you can not fix it, try posting a thread in General Support and someone might be able to assist you.

Refresh the page
Some intermittent errors can be resolved with a quick page reload (F5) , it may also be useful to restart your internet connection or restart your computer.

Is it only your device?
Before posting an issue, try asking a friend for their help, by asking them to do the same thing you have done or go onto the same page that you are on will help to find out weather or not they too are getting the error. If you have tested the issue with a few people please note how many people this is affecting and include it in the details of the issue.

Is Neq3 down?
You can find this out by having a look on If Neq3 are online is there any maintenance.

If your issue is still present, you will need to go to the Neq3 Forums. Before you post about an issue, have a look trough the forum to see if any similar topics have been previously resolved. (This can be done using the search bar).

If you have not found a fix for the issue you are experiencing you will need to post a new topic. In this topic it is important that you try and include as much detail about the issue as you can. The following things will be useful for the team to assist you with the issue.
A well detailed description of the issue (This needs to include an outline, how long it has been like this, if other users are getting the same error ect.).
Screenshots of your screen (where needed).
A link to the page that the error is occurring, if it is on all of your website, then a link to the main directory will be needed.
Your browser that you are experiencing the error in.
Your operating system that you are running on.

(If you are not sure of your operating system browser, please use this website to obtain this information.
